As a faculty member, nothing makes me more proud that seeing the new successes of trainees who have worked so hard over the past two years. Through far from ideal circumstances, supply chain issues, and the pervasive stress associated with the COVID-19 lockdowns, travel bans, and turmoil domestically and abroad.
